Primary Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma of the Female Urethra Presenting as Carunculous of Urethra: A Very Rare Case Report

Background: Female urethral carcinoma occurred < 1% of all female malignancies. With a small prevalence Malignant Urethral Lymphoma, there is lack data about quality the therapy.
 Case Report: A 41-year-old woman came to Division Urology, Department Surgery Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang with chief complaint recurrence mass on her urethra. Her general condition was fine, and has normal vital signs. On physical examination urogenital region, orifice urethra external that can easily bleed. She already performed excision caruncle immunohistochemistry found CD-20 positive which indicated diffuse B-cell Lymphoma. Then she had 6 cycle chemotherapy procedures in Hematooncology, Internal Medicine Department. Until now, routinely check-up urology internal medicine departments monitor disease progression.
 Conclusion: very rare, although surgery alone been established as effective for treating low-stage cancer, neither nor radiation therapy provide good results. Delay diagnose treatment decrease patient survival.
